Ross Homes is a growing Houston-based residential homebuilder seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee and manage our accounting operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in QuickBooks and NetSuite.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting operations including AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

- Maintain accurate job costing and project-level financial reporting

- Work extensively in QuickBooks and NetSuite to ensure data accuracy and system integrity

- Identify and implement process improvements

- Lead development of NetSuite conversion and support

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

- 5+ years of accounting experience, including management or senior-level responsibilities

- Required: hands-on experience with both QuickBooks and NetSuite

- Construction, real estate, or homebuilding experience preferred

- Strong understanding of GAAP

- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
