AI Integrations Developer

Position Responsibilities

- The position is responsible for creating technical specifications from business requirements, working with reusable web and database components using C#, Microsoft Development Tools, MVC, Web Services and SQL, as well as integrating with third party components and APIs.

- Manage the end to end lifecycle of integration projects—from requirements and design to testing, CI/CD deployment, and monitoring.

- Interact with Project Managers, Business Analysts and stakeholders throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

- Improve application or workflow performance by identifying inefficiencies; recommending changes.

- Perform problem analysis and propose solutions for given business scenarios.

- Serve as the technical expert for troubleshooting and resolving complex integration, data, and automation issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.

- Compile ad-hoc data and report requests using SQL.

- Follows change and version control in moving code from development to test/QA and to production environments.

- Develop routines and procedures for end users to facilitate best practices use of applications.

- Design, build, and manage sophisticated automation workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) as the primary toolset.

- Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for all APIs, integrations, and automated processes.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in IT or related major.

- 5+ years related experience with SQL, .Net programming, using APIs.

- Must be an expert in the Microsoft Power Platform. This is a non-negotiable requirement. Proven, hands-on experience with Power Automate for building complex business solutions is essential.

- Demonstrable experience integrating with AI services, LLMs, or machine learning models (e.g., Azure AI, OpenAI, or similar).

- Competency in using C#,VB.net, SQL, ASP, XML, HTML, Java, JavaScript, Ext JS, AJAX, JSON and VBA.

- Individual must have a strong technical foundation as well as a full understanding of common coding standards, configuration management, and full life cycle systems development.

- Strong proficiency in API development and integration (building and consuming RESTful APIs, working with JSON, API management).

- The developer must be able to manage multiple concurrent priorities spanning from new software development projects as well as maintenance and support of existing applications.

- Ability to facilitate meetings and delegate responsibilities.

- 5+ years MS SQL database development experience (advanced SQL Writing and table administration).

- Experience with cloud hosting AWS/Azure.

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), the drive to succeed and work independently and on a team, with the ability to multitask, and deliver quality results.

- Experience with Epicor’s Prophet 21, and MuleSoft a plus.
