About This Job
Looking for a Customer Service Representative with excellent communication skills, knowledgeable in computers to provide over the phone and in person support for our customers.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
•Ability to navigate through computer software with accuracy.
•Ability to work with customers to resolve inquiries and provide assistance.
•Ability to accept and implement coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals.
•Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism with customers and peers.
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
