Job Description: As a general laborer you would be responsible for performing production work. Production work includes processes such as part kitting, packaging, assembly, installation of PEMs, sanding/deburr, removal of parts from cutting processes to meet customer orders for quality conforming parts.

Job Responsibilities:

Skills/Qualifications: General part handling and use of tools. Shop experience is beneficial to success in this job. Process experience such as: PEM, Spotweld, grinding, deburring, riveting, assembly, kitting is desired but not required. Will train the right candidate based on experience. Attention to processes, print and process requirements, quality control and following instruction are important skills for success in this role.

Physical Requirements: General part handling. Use of hands to hold parts, hand tools, operator and adjust machines.. Standing, walking, bending and lifting. Actuation of machine controls, such as foot pedals. Weights up to 40lbs for parts. Higher parts weights in areas equipped with lifting equipment or team lift.
