Jupiter Aluminum is looking for a motivated and people-focused Human Resources Partner

As an HR Partner, you will work closely with leadership and employees to support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training, and daily HR operations. If you are organized, driven, and passionate about helping people succeed, we’d love to hear from you.
- Support the hiring process, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding policies, benefits, attendance, and workplace questions
- Help promote a positive work environment
- Maintain HR records, files, and data with accuracy and confidentiality
- Partner with supervisors and managers on staffing and workforce needs
- Coordinate training, orientations, and employee engagement activities
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Support payroll, timekeeping, and HR reporting as needed
- Participate in special HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Internship or prior administrative/customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
