The processing supervisor will be responsible for tracking key metrics to increase efficiency and throughput of the processing equipment.
- Gather/analyze production and efficiency data to help suggest and implement procedures that increase team
efficiencies.
- Constant communication with the Corporate Estimating and Programming team is necessary to make a positive
effect on Processing key metrics.
- Ensure processed orders are scheduled to the proper machinery so that projects are completed and delivered
on time. This will be achieved by analyzing the existing job schedule and consistent communication with the
Scheduler and Sales department.
- The Processing Supervisor may be asked to help evaluate employee performance.
- Scheduling and Information gathering
- Quality control, training and packaging
- Inventory, locations and shipping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate items when appropriate.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel.
- Mechanical aptitude preferred.
