Overview
CDL Required. We are seeking a skilled Rigger to join our team . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in rigging and heavy equipment operation, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials on construction sites. The Rigger will be responsible for setting up and operating various types of rigging equipment, collaborating with other team members to execute projects effectively.
Responsibilities
- Set up and dismantle rigging equipment for lifting and moving heavy materials.
- Operate cranes, excavators, and other heavy machinery as required.
- Collaborate with construction teams to determine lifting needs and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Inspect rigging equipment regularly to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance schedules.
- Assist in the transportation of materials using dump trucks, water trucks, roll-off trucks, and front loader trucks.
- Provide support in the operation of concrete mixers, dozers, loaders, backhoes, and farm machinery as needed.
Skills
- Proven experience on construction sites with a strong understanding of safety regulations.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Commercial driving experience is preferred for operating various vehicles including tankers and heavy trucks.
- Proficient in operating heavy equipment such as cranes, excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, and concrete mixers.
- Familiarity with Caterpillar machinery and other industry-standard equipment is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
