The Business Office Coordinator manages the main phone line, supports event coordination, assists with facility needs, and provides administrative support to corporate leadership. This role also serves as a first point of contact for visitors. Strong communication, organization, and a calm, customer-focused approach are key to success.
· Operate the main phone line, assisting customers in reaching the appropriate contacts.
· Support the coordination of NETA and other company events.
· Assist corporate leadership with administrative tasks on an as-needed basis.
· Assist in addressing any office or building issues that arise at any location.
· Assist walk-ins with inquiries and direct them.
