Scope: Responsible for maintaining supply of raw materials and finished products with safety a quality in mind within established procedures.
•Performs all duties in a safe and legal manner, being responsible for yourself and the employees around you.
•Able to perform all duties of Utility.
•Pull ANS sample and run quality check.
•Unload raw material delivery by truck or rail into the correct tank.
•Knowledge to run mixer and blender by either PLC panel or manually.
•Operate expander equipment for process.
•Blow down boiler and record boiler chemistry.
•Performs quality assurance checks on finished products.
•Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
•Perform daily work place inspections.
•Complete and turn in necessary documentation paperwork for inventories, QC checks and product transfers.
•Perform required maintenance items in maintenance manual.
•Move and spot railcars as necessary if applicable.
•Identify other than normal conditions and report as necessary.
•Identify potential unsafe conditions in work area.
•Maintain a clean workspace in control rooms.
•Performs other duties as deemed necessary by the company.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
