What You'll Lead:

🎯 Production & Facilities Engineering Team

- Direct reports including engineers, facility engineers, and engineering analysts

⚡

Strategic Production Optimization - Artificial lift strategy development, well performance diagnostics, workover/plugging programs, and marginal well cash flow optimization across 6,500+ wells

🏗️ Major Capital Projects

- Technical delivery of upstream, midstream, and from FEED through commissioning, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution

Innovation & Technology

- AI/ML implementation, data analytics programs, and digital transformation initiatives to drive operational excellence

🌱

Capture Leadership

- Engineering support for BKV's groundbreaking business, including facility design and technical project management

Budget & Program Management

- Yearly budget development, cost reduction initiatives, and cross-functional project coordination

🛠️

Technical Excellence - Prosper modeling, PHAs, pipeline hydraulic models, and chemical program oversight

- 12+ years/facilities engineering expertise in oil & gas

- Proven leadership managing engineering teams and budgets

- Deep, well performance, and optimization experience

- Prosper modeling, FEED, and pipeline hydraulic modeling proficiency
