About This Job
Petroleum Traders Corporation, one of the nation’s leading independent wholesalers of refined petroleum products, is looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to join our team to manage both on premise server systems and Microsoft cloud systems. The position entails strong experience managing networks and servers, particularly Microsoft servers, working with end-users to resolve issues, and software maintenance.

Required Skills and Experience
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•
Solid organization skills, and strong attention to detail
•
Solid experience managing Windows File servers and workstations (NTFS, WSUS, AD, Group Policy, DFS etc.)
•
Strong PowerShell and other programming skills
•
Solid experience managing network equipment (firewalls, switches, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
•
Solid experience managing Microsoft 365 and Teams / Exchange online
•
Solid experience managing HYPER-V Host systems
•
Solid experience working with Certificates and encryption technologies
•
BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
•
Minimum 5 years working experience
Desired Skills
•
Experience managing Microsoft Dynamics GP
•
Foundational knowledge of SQL language (MS SQL preferred)
•
Experience managing Cisco Switches
•
Experience managing Veeam backup systems
•
Experience managing Sophos Firewall
