- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicular issues accurately.
- Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately.
- Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity.
- Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good condition.
- Repair vehicles with mechanical and electrical issues
- Report to supervisors daily, weekly, and monthly regarding workflow
- Have knowledge of diagnosing, repairing and/or replacing engines, transmissions, clutch, timing belts, and other automotive systems
- Maintains and repairs hydraulic components and circuitry utilized in power systems for diesel and gasoline powered heavy construction equipment.
- Performs routine mechanical and electrical repairs to heavy equipment.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned and contributes to a team effort.
