STARTING SALARY: $77,800 - $122,500 annually. Salary is commensurate with experience.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Business or other analytic field, Equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
•Develop and maintain effective working relationships with neighboring utilities, utility representatives, Commission Staff within EPE’s jurisdiction, transmission providers, regional transmission groups/associations, and transmission customers.
•Provide regulatory strategy for local/regional resource adequacy, planning, and market development initiatives that support the overall goals and objectives of the Company.
•Support good working relationships with various local, state, and federal regulators and legislators, and their staffs as appropriate.
•Demonstrate the ability to represent the Company and advocate for its positions in front of various stakeholders: employee groups, customers, regulatory agencies, other governmental officials, peer utilities, and industry associations.
•Develops and assists with the development of supporting material used for internal and external communications that relate to or impact the Company’s business interests and regulatory compliance, including, but not limited to, compliance reports, data request responses, testimony, regulatory filings, etc.
•Coordinate internal discussions across the Company's business units to align on Company positions regarding organized market structure, resource adequacy, resource planning, and policy issues.
•Engage with industry utility forums/groups to maintain awareness of state and federal regulatory practices and issues.
•Aide in the development of resource policy positions for the Company.
•Actively participate in organized market stakeholder processes, utilizing strong data analytical and advocacy skills to influence policies and decisions.
•Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and code of ethics as well as all applicable governmental laws and regulations to include employment, safety, and environmental standards and regulations.
•Perform other related tasks that are not included but are within the context of the duties defined.
