Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with the following qualification:

•

10+ years experience across Pricing, Finance, and/or Marketing

•

Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred

•

Fundamental understanding of pricing concepts and frameworks

•

Process oriented with strong analytical capability (financial modeling a plus)

•

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

•

Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally

•

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)

•

Experience with Oracle price administration and Salesforce.com CRM modules

Duties and Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

•

Providing analysis of revenue and margin by key customer attributes to develop optimal pricing model aligned with product and sales strategy

•

Working with Pricing Leader to enhance tracking metrics for measuring impact of pricing initiatives and coordinating reports and communications to organization

•

Conducting market research and developing recommendations based on market trends to support ongoing pricing optimization efforts

•

Documenting and supporting execution of pricing processes while identifying opportunities for process improvement (delivering on identified process changes)

•

Engage with partner organizations (FP&A, Cost Accounting, Billing, Customer Care, and IT) to manage administration of pricing within internal systems

•

Manage development of interim pricing support tools in alignment with current sales and pricing toolset
