- Monitor and optimize jet pump well performance using SCADA and field diagnostics.
- Adjust choke settings, pump configurations, and system pressures to maximize drawdown and efficiency.
- Perform teardown, inspection, and rebuild of hydraulic power ends (Tally, Weatherford, Liberty Lift, etc.).
- Troubleshoot hydraulic fluid systems, replace worn components, and perform preventive maintenance.
- Conduct failure root cause analysis using pressure/vibration diagnostics and field readings.
- Support installation, startup, and commissioning of new jet pump systems.
- Maintain accurate service logs, report findings, and collaborate with optimization teams.
- Adhere to all safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout and site compliance standards.
- Experience: 3–5 years in hydraulic jet pump systems, artificial lift optimization, or related mechanical field.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Technical Certification preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Tally, Liberty Lift, or Weatherford jet pump systems strongly preferred.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs, work outdoors, and travel between sites daily.
- Proficient with diagnostic tools, SCADA data interpretation, and mechanical schematics.
- Knowledge of artificial lift systems and production optimization techniques.
- Ability to read P&IDs, performance curves, pressure charts, and vendor manuals.
- Familiarity with WellView or similar optimization software.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills using tools such as laser alignment, pressure gauges, and torque wrenches.
