Dunamis Charge is seeking a CPMS Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day monitoring and coordination of the ChargePoint Management Software (CPMS) platform during and after the migration from RedE to a Dunamis CPMS powered by Driivz. This role focuses on operational support, coordination, and execution, ensuring visibility into platform performance and alignment across internal teams.
· Monitor CPMS dashboards for system health, uptime, and charger connectivity
· Track and log platform incidents, issues, and escalations
· Coordinate issue resolution across Engineering, O&M, and Customer Support
· Maintain issue logs, escalation trackers, and operational documentation
· Assist in tracking KPIs such as uptime and session success rates
· Ensure communication flow across teams during incidents
· 3–5 years of experience in operations, coordination, or technical support roles
· Experience working with SaaS or software platforms
Following successful platform migration and stabilization, this role may expand to support broader operational initiatives:
· Support Field Operations (O&M) through analysis of charger performance trends and issue triage
· Contribute to Quality and continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and supporting feedback loops
· Assist in customer escalation management and improve visibility into platform-related issues
· Support ongoing KPI tracking and identify performance optimization opportunities
Expansion of responsibilities will be dependent on platform stability, business priorities, and role capacity. Core coordination responsibilities will remain the primary focus.
