Summary:
The CRM Salesforce Sr Specialist role is responsible for managing the enhancement pipeline, creating new and enhancing existing reports and dashboards, and data integrity within our Salesforce CRM environment. The person in this role is responsible for providing project management support working directly with IT development teams and business leads to develop business requirements, run and review testing of enhancements and assure proper field training. This role would be the main liaison between the various business groups operating within Salesforce and IT development teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Identify technical process gaps and efficiencies that can be gained with enhancements by working collaboratively with business leaders to deliver business requirements
•Collaborate Salesforce IT administrators to configure and customize the CRM system to meet the evolving needs of the organization
•Project Management between IT and business to deliver projects on time and in scope of business needs
•Responsible for editing and adding basic Salesforce data points, such as adding a field to an object, updating drop down options
•Proactively maintain and enhance the quality and accuracy of data within the Salesforce system by conducting routine data cleansing, de-duplication, and validation activities.
•Working with various business leads to create and generate Salesforce reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and monitor key performance metrics.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all CRM-related business processes, procedures, and system changes.
•Liaison for Ops Support team to assist in providing training material for enhancement projects and ongoing support needed for users
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
•At least five years of business and/or project management
•At least five years of Salesforce experience with reports, workflows and admin abilities
•Experience using Salesforce, SAP, Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite. PowerBI experience a plus
•Detail oriented: should be meticulous about data accuracy across multiple systems
•Strong oral and written communication skills: should be comfortable interacting with individuals across different departments and different levels within the organization
•Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization and timely completion of projects
•Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
