Job Title: Press Operator Location: Dallas, NC Shifts:

Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
•
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating schedule (12-hour shifts, every other weekend off)
Arthur Services is seeking experienced Press Operators to join our manufacturing team in Dallas, NC. The ideal candidate will have a solid mechanical background, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Operate injection molding or press machines efficiently and safely
•
Monitor and inspect product quality during production
•
Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery as needed
•
Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines
•
Accurately complete production reports and documentation
•
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 48 per week
