How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead daily production activities with safety as the top priority
- Ensure work is completed to quality standards and customer requirements
- Execute production plans to meet output, delivery, and efficiency targets
- Allocate labor and resources to address shifting priorities
- Monitor performance and escalate issues that impact production
- Support continuous improvement using Lean and data-driven methods
- Coach, develop, and engage team members through regular feedback
- Partner with cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 3–5+ years of manufacturing experience- Previous people leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement
- Experience with SAP or similar systems is a plus
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
