Primary Purpose
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The High Bill Field Technician performs field visits to the customer's property to investigate high bill inquiries made be the customer. This also includes the testing and insulation of PECO gas and electric equipment
Primary Duties
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES•Be able to perform physical duties (lift, climb, kneel, stand for periods of time).
•Handle both internal and external follow-up work paperwork.
•Interact professionally with customers who may be irate or frustrated.
•Perform back office and follow-up work for customers.
•Perform back office and follow-up work for customers.
•Perform other duties and functions as required, such as meter maintenance, gas and electric turn on's and shut-offs, and periodic electric meter changes.
•Drive from customer property to property using a company vehicle.
•Works closely with others to ensure compliance with governmental regulations and company policies.
•Performs electrical meter instrumentation tests and installations, maintenance, repairs and replacements of electric meters as needed.
•Maintains favorable working relationship with peers in order to support positive employee morale, productivity and continued improvement.

Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
•Detailed knowledge of CC&B.
•No current formal discipline, safety violations, or job performance improvement program.
•Valid driver's license & clean driving record.
•High School diploma or equivalent.
•Excellent oral, written, and organizational skills.
•Utilize good judgment and time management skills.
•Demonstrates positive behaviors and initiative in adapting to changing work conditions.
•Ability to work independently and able to manage multiple priorities.
•Ability to work 6:30 am-2:30 pm (extended hours including an emergency storm role may be required without prior notice).
•Ability to read, understand, and interpret instructional books and company procedures.
•Ability to receive direction and maintain a safe work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
•CSR experience in the Care Center.
•Successful completion of High Bill Call center training.
•Experience working on PECO Meter Sets.
•Experience working with small hand tools.
•Basic Knowledge of electric theory.
