Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee completion projects and ensure that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a high-level knowledge of well testing equipment, operations and services including but not limited to rig-up, completion and rig-down. Must be able to effectively communicate with team members and customers. This role is crucial in managing day-to-day operations on-site and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Must have strong computer skills including Microsoft word and excel.
Duties
•Supervise daily operations on flowback sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
•Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate efficient workflow.
•Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
•Implement quality control measures throughout the gauging and completion process to maintain high standards.
•Assist in completion estimating by providing insights on project costs and resource allocation.
•Maintain effective communication with project managers regarding progress updates and potential issues.
Skills
•High level knowledge of well testing equipment, operations and services but not limited to rig-up, completions and rig-down.
•Strong leadership abilities to manage teams effectively on-site.
•Ability to identify potential issues proactively and implement solutions promptly.
•Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
