$500 Referral Bonus

FLINT is hiring experienced industrial maintenance professionals for a live SAGD facility in Northern Alberta. We are looking for skilled trades and leaders with oil sands, SAGD, or heavy industrial maintenance experience.

Schedule & Perks

- 7/7 rotation (7 days on / 7 days off)

- 12-hour shifts

- Camp accommodation provided

- $300/week travel pay

- Benefits after 300 hours worked

- $500 referral bonus for qualified hires

Ideal Experience

- SAGD or oil sands facilities

- Live plant / operating facility maintenance

- Piping maintenance, valve work, line breaks, mechanical support

- Experience working under LOTO and permit systems

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years industrial or Oil and Gas experience

- Relevant trade certification or supervisory experience depending on the role

- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:

- H2S Alive

- Aerial Work Platform

- Confined Space Entry

- Common Safety Orientation (CSO)

- Fall Protection

- Standard First Aid

- WHMIS

- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.

- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.

- Must have own reliable transportation to site.

- Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits.
