Leading regional janitorial service firm established since 1979 has an immediate opening for Day Porter Cleaner located in the Eastbay Area.

Job position: Day Porter Cleaner

Qualifications: 3 years of commercial cleaning services (Preferred)

Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm (30 minute Lunch Break)

Pay rate: $17.50 per hour

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Empty trash and replace liners

- Dust and wipe down store window ledges

- Remove all trash and debris from parking area and landscaping

- Remove cobwebs from signs, light and door frames

- Keep trash enclosure neat

- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs

- Must be able to bend, stoop, and kneel

- Clean using appropriate methods, equipment and chemicals by following our established processes and procedures

- Attendance and Punctuality essential function of the position as it requires face to face interaction.

- Follow company health and safety rules and wear protective equipment when and where applicable.

- Follow all established company policies, protocols, and guidelines

- Position requires direct engagement with client. It is essential to understand and be able to communicate effectively in English
