About The Role
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in attracting top-tier talent across engineering, technical, and corporate functions, with a particular focus on highly regulated and infrastructure-related roles. As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll partner directly with department leads and executives to drive end-to-end hiring processes, develop proactive sourcing strategies, and support workforce planning in a high-growth startup environment.
You’ll serve as both a trusted partner and hands-on executor—balancing strategic insight with precision in execution. This is an ideal role for a seasoned recruiter looking to help build a category-defining company at the forefront of nuclear innovation.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for priority roles across technical and non-technical teams (e.g., engineering, regulatory, finance, operations, legal).
- Collaborate with hiring managers and executives to scope roles, write compelling job descriptions, and build role-specific hiring plans.
- Guide hiring teams through structured interview processes and equitable evaluation frameworks.
- Proactively source passive candidates using advanced search techniques and creative outreach methods.
- Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines for critical functions and future roles.
- Represent TNC at targeted industry events, university programs, and networking forums to engage niche talent pools (nuclear, engineering, energy, etc.).
- Serve as a strategic partner to hiring teams, providing market insights, interview prep guidance, and regular pipeline updates
- Champion a high-quality candidate experience through thoughtful communication, efficient coordination, and timely feedback.
- Coach hiring managers on best practices in interviewing and decision-making.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in our ATS (Greenhouse).
- Produce and present weekly recruiting metrics and progress reports.
- Identify and implement process improvements across sourcing, interview workflows, and onboarding handoffs.- 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technical, energy, infrastructure, or industrial/manufacturing industries.
- Prior experience recruiting in nuclear energy is a plus.
- Demonstrated success building and executing complex hiring strategies in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Strong sourcing capabilities using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools to target passive talent.
- Comfortable advising executives and hiring leaders on recruitment strategies and labor market dynamics.
- Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting automation tools.
- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking, offer negotiation, and relocation programs.
- Prior experience working in an early-stage startup or high-growth company.
- Exposure to federal/state regulatory hiring or government contractor compliance (e.g., ITAR, OFCCP).

Estimated Starting Salary Range
The estimated starting salary range for this role is $98,000 - $117,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
