About This Job
Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our projects. Laborers play a crucial role in maintaining safety standards and contributing to the overall efficiency of our work environment.
Duties
•
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
•
Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
•
Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
•
Operate hand tools and power tools as needed.
•
Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work.
•
Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning.
•
Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
Experience
•
Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required.
•
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus.
•
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
•
Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
•
Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed.
