We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at our Clinton location. This position plays a vital role in supporting daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:
•Deliver excellent customer service at the waiting counter and over the phone
•Perform daily administrative tasks including data entry, invoicing, and preparing bank deposits
•Manage truck inventory and maintain accurate records
•Handle Accounts Receivable by following up with residential customers on past due balances
•Maintain smooth office operations by stocking shelves and ordering lubricants and supplies
•Support drivers and dispatchers by providing accurate customer data and maintaining organized records
•Contribute to business development through proactive customer engagement and operational efficiency
