The
Customer Service Specialist
is a critical role that links our external customers and internal teams by managing detailed orders, tracking timelines, and delivering a top-tier customer experience. You’ll work directly with our Vice President and support high-value clients, so
professionalism, accuracy, and strong communication skills are essential.
What You'll Do:
•Be the primary point of contact for customers, providing clear, timely, and professional communication.
•Process complex orders—including custom product requests—with speed and accuracy.
•Use Excel and internal systems to track order status, manage specifications, and document changes.
•Support the VP in managing key accounts, preparing documents, and ensuring seamless execution.
•Partner with production, logistics, and other departments to coordinate fulfillment and resolve issues.
•Identify potential problems early and offer confident, solution-oriented customer support.
What You Bring:
•2+ years of customer service, order entry, admin, or account support experience (manufacturing or production experience is a
plus
).
Microsoft Excel
—comfortable with formulas, spreadsheets, and data tracking.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
•Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities or client needs.
•A professional presence—you’ll regularly interact with leadership and key external partners.
•Bonus: experience supporting logistics, supply chain, or custom production orders.
