Job Overview
We’re seeking a warm, detail-oriented professional to join our solar team as a Front Desk & Project Support Associate. This hybrid role combines front office reception, data entry, and administrative support for solar projects. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also assisting with project documentation, research and data entry.
Solar industry experience is a plus—but not required. If you’re organized, tech-savvy, and eager to grow in a mission-driven industry, we’ll train you on the rest.
- Brings a friendly, upbeat, and welcoming energy to every interaction-whether greeting guests, or answering the phone
- Maintain front desk operations, including mail, supplies, and other administrative tasks
- Enter and update project data across internal platforms (e.g., CRM, spreadsheets)
- Support internal sales team with research and data upkeep
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with data entry and basic office software (Google Workspace, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Prior office or assistant experience preferred; but not required
- Interest in renewable energy and sustainability a plus
- Willingness to learn solar platforms and workflows (training provided)
- Experience with solar platforms like Aurora, Enerflo, or similar
- Familiarity with permitting, interconnection, or utility paperwork
- Bilingual or multilingual communication skills
