CNC shop operations for PPC, 


Polymer Plastics Corp. and Pantera Parts with a growing family orientated company for over 50 years, is looking to add a CNC Shop Operations Manager to our current team.

Position Summary:

CNC operations manager will be responsible for all aspects of operations management, sales, cost accounting, Quoting, Programming, Set-up and running CNC Fadal & HAAS Mills and Miyano 34BNC & Manual Lathes. Candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast paced dynamic environment. Advancement opportunities will become available as growth of company occurs.

Fusion 360 CAD engineering, Set-up, program using MasterCam, SurfCam with Predator software and operate Manual, HAAS, & Fadal CNC mills and Miyano lathes from Engineering Drawings, Blue Prints and Work Orders. 
Evaluate and fabricate required tooling
Utilize MasterCAM, Fusion 360 or Bobcad to program new parts.

3 years machining experience in both Production and Job Shop environments.

Efficiency with MasterCam, Fusion 360 and Bobcad or comparable CAD/CAM software


Able to lift 50 lbs.
High School Diploma or above

Pay: $55,794.00 - $75,000.00 per year
