Overview

3PL Operating Inc., located in Carson City, Nevada, is advancing a substantial salt deposit exploration program in Railroad Valley, Nevada. The combined deposit of trona, boron, and lithium is world-class. We are seeking a senior geologist with strong stratigraphic skills to join our small team. We will continue our drilling evaluation and start a solution mining pilot project.

Qualifications

Degree in Geology

Experience with the following strongly desired:

· Downhole geophysical logging;

· Industrial minerals or playa-related evaporite deposits;

· Oil and Gas exploration and development;

· Stratigraphy;

· Proven experience in geological research, including fieldwork and resource estimation;

· Strong planning, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

· Geologic supervision at the drill site;

· Core logging;

· Cross sections, isopachs, interpretations, and readying the project for Pre-Feasibility;

· Correlation of drill holes basin-wide;

· Handling budgets;

· Reserve reporting and calculations;

· Remote field work and likely camp job on a limited basis.

Pay: $96,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
