We're representing a variety of organizations within clean energy, NewSpace, robotics and AI, and additive manufacturing who are in need of a Director of Engineering.

- Mixed-signal board design and validation (schematics, layout, testing)

- Comfort across analog and digital domains, including sensor integration and power distribution

- Familiar with bring-up of custom PCBs, lab instrumentation, and troubleshooting

- Board bring-up experience

- Have designed hardware from scratch (not off-the-shelf integrations)

- Embedded systems and firmware experience preferred

- Bonus: Experience with Altium

- Bonus: Experience with video systems (digital or analog), camera design, or high-speed interfaces

- Bonus: Experience with motor controls

Roles span across the country but are primarily within SoCal/SF.
