The organization is seeking licensed Professional Engineers (PEs) to support the design and development of sustainable utility, electrical, and energy systems. Engineers work across disciplines to deliver projects addressing energy transition, grid modernization, renewable integration, and resilient infrastructure.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Licensure preferred in CA, PA, FL, or TX (multi-state licensure strongly valued)

Candidates must demonstrate experience in at least half of the areas below, with an emphasis on green, resilient, and low-carbon infrastructure.
- Design and optimization of energy-efficient utility systems, including:
- Electrical power distribution, HVAC, and high-performance lighting
- Central chilled water and boiler plants with electrification strategies
- Heat recovery, waste heat utilization, and system optimization
- Steam, hot water, and chilled water distribution systems
- Water and wastewater treatment systems with energy efficiency focus
- Piping, pumping, motors, VFDs, and automated control systems
- Design of sustainable and resilient electrical infrastructure, including:
- Switchgear and panel board design
- Low- and medium-voltage power distribution systems
- Electrical service to buildings and campuses, including utility feeds from off-site sources
- Electrical infrastructure serving multiple sides of buildings and complex campus layouts
- Transformers and associated protective devices
- Emergency, standby, and resilient power systems
- Electrical systems supporting critical facilities, including healthcare environments
- Coordination with utility providers, including utility-owned equipment and hospital utility boxes
- Interconnection agreements and utility coordination for on-site generation
- Solar PV systems, renewable power grid interconnections, and microgrids
- Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and distributed energy resources (DERs)
- Combined Heat & Power (CHP), Distributed Generation (DG), and Co-Generation
- Demand Response (DR) and grid-interactive efficient buildings
- Electrification of fossil-fuel-based systems
- Energy, carbon, reliability, and resilience modeling
- Lifecycle cost and economic analysis
- Knowledge of clean energy incentives, rebates, grants, and tax credits
- Familiarity with emissions reduction programs, cap-and-trade, and environmental permitting
- Air and water quality compliance and regulatory coordination
- Technical writing and sustainability-focused client presentations
- Proficiency with CADD, Revit, and BIM platforms
- Positions may be based anywhere in the contiguous United States
