We’re looking for a People Services Manager who wants more than a standard HR role.
This is a broad, hands-on leadership position where you’ll take ownership of all things people across North America. You’ll oversee HR, training, global pathways, visas, and culture, leading a team of five and playing a key role in shaping how we attract, support, and retain our workforce across both Canada and the USA.

- Leading and developing a team across HR & Training, Global Pathways, Visa Management, and Culture
- Owning and driving the people strategy across Canada and the USA
- Partnering closely with the executive and leadership teams of both Mader Canada & Mader USA
- Providing high-level HR guidance while staying close to day-to-day operations
- Driving a strong, consistent culture across a geographically dispersed workforce
- Managing and improving global mobility and visa processes across North America
- Supporting workforce planning and business growth initiatives
- Acting as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters
- Strong HR background with the ability to operate at both a strategic and hands-on level
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple portfolios
- Ambitious, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
- Comfortable working across multiple regions and navigating complexity
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is highly regarded
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Genuine passion for people, culture, and building high-performing teams
