Our Engineering & Design team is looking for a Mechanical Estimator to join their mighty team , In this role you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely mechanical bids based on project cost and Preconstruction requirements. Key duties include developing preliminary designs, sizing and selecting equipment, coordinating with designers, sourcing quotations, and creating mechanical specifications using ATCO’s estimating software.

This is an in-office full-time permanent role based in Calgary, AB reporting to the Manager, Preconstruction Services.

Job Responsibilities:

+ Timely submission of bids. + Coordination and facilitation of commercial and technical reviews. + Collaboration with plant teams to review and validate labour hour estimates.
