CryptoTherm, a leading manufacturing company in the cooling and heat transfer sector, is seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Coordinator at Cryptotherm Manufacturing, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts across multiple channels. The role will assist in the creation, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns that promote our cutting-edge thermal management solutions. Responsibilities / Duties:

- Manage and update content on the company’s website, social media platforms, and other digital channels.

- Coordinate/collaborate marketing events, trade shows, and industry conferences, including logistics, booth setup, and promotion.

- Create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and email newsletters that effectively communicate our products’ value propositions.

- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support business development efforts.

- The role reports to the COO on marketing campaign performance, using data to optimize future efforts.

- Generate leads through various social media channels in coordination with the sales executive.

- Help manage advertising and promotional materials, ensuring consistency across all platforms and communications.

Skills / Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts for various audiences.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and brand-building

- Experience with artificial intelligence is considered an asset.

- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is considered an asset.

- Knowledge of bitcoin and the crypto industry is considered an asset.
