About The Role
Quantum is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager to oversee and deliver a broad range of technology-focused projects across the organization, including IT infrastructure, software development, systems integration, and digital transformation initiatives. This position demands a proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams, ensure the successful execution of IT projects, and align technology solutions with Quantum’s strategic business objectives.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, software development, systems integration, and digital transformation initiatives across Quantum’s technical and business environments.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define IT project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with organizational strategy.
- Develop, update, and manage comprehensive IT project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets using industry-standard project management tools.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage IT-specific risks, technical issues, and dependencies, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.
- Coordinate cross-functional IT teams and external technology vendors to ensure seamless project execution and successful delivery of technical solutions.
- Report on project progress by communicating IT project status, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders at all levels.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews for IT projects, capturing lessons learned and integrating improvements into future technology initiatives.
- Ensure all IT projects adhere to Quantum’s standards, IT governance frameworks, cybersecurity protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) strongly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading diverse projects across IT, Operations, and Business functions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex project portfolios.
- Strong understanding of technical and business project lifecycles, operational workflows, and broader business process initiatives (finance, HR, sales, supply chain).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Jira, or equivalent.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and evolving requirements.
- Proven experience managing a range of IT project types, including infrastructure upgrades, software development, systems integration, and implementation of technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives, IT process optimization, and technology-driven change management.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams (IT, cybersecurity, software engineering) and coordinate with external technology vendors.
- Advanced analytical and technical problem-solving skills with a focus on driving measurable IT and business outcomes.
- Adept at navigating complex and evolving IT environments, adapting to shifting priorities, and delivering results in dynamic technology landscapes.
