We are seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Senior Account Manager to lead client engagement and business development efforts across key accounts. This is a high-impact role focused on managing existing relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and ensuring successful staffing delivery in partnership with our recruiting team. We are expecting this role to develop into building out an account management/business development team as we bring on new clients and expand with existing clients.
The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a proven track record in sales, account growth, and client satisfaction.
- - Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic clients
- Understand client business needs and workforce requirements to deliver staffing solutions
- Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Ensure contractors and clients are taken care of and satisfied
- Travel monthly to visit clients and contractors
- - Expand accounts by identifying new departments, projects, or geographies
- Collaborate with leadership to develop penetration strategies for key clients
- Cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn messaging
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events to generate new business
- Travel an estimated one week per month
- - Work closely with internal recruiters to align candidate submittals with client expectations
- Forecast hiring demand and prioritize roles based on client urgency and revenue potential
- - Maintain accurate documentation of all client communications in CRM
- Track key metrics such as fill rates, headcount growth, profit, and revenue per account
- 5-10 years of experience in Sales/Account Management
- Experience with in-person sales
- Staffing Industry experience
- Energy Industry experience a plus
- Experience with managing employees
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting
