Cody Builders Supply specializes in the fabrication of metal components for large projects, including but not limited to wastewater treatment plants, fish hatcheries, train stations, etc.We are located in Austin, TX.

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team in the office.

Responsibilities

- Manage financial reporting and required state and federal compliance.

- Entries in QuickBooks Desktop; including accounts payable, invoices received, writing checks, etc.

- Manage one employee over accounts receivable.

- Prepare regulatory reports and other reports.

- Payroll

- Provide financial analysis to inform decision-making processes.

- Collaborate with leadership to align financial goals with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in finance or financial administrative actions (required).

- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks desktop.

- Experience with budgeting and forecasting (preferred).

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
