We're now looking for a passionate and hardworking C&I Coordinator to join our team!
What You Will Do:
This role serves as a key contact for designated clients and is responsible for scheduling jobs, managing invoices, handling prevailing wage documentation, and coordinating material purchases. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of internal C&I sales orders, job costing, and month-end commission reports for the C&I Sales Representatives. The ideal candidate will also support A/R reporting and collections, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure smooth communication within the team. Success in this role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to challenge sales quotes constructively. A passion for excellence and a drive to succeed are essential.
Job Duties:
•Key contact for certain clients and duties which includes scheduling jobs, invoice management, prevailing wage documentation, and coordination purchasing of materials.
•Assist with writing internal C&I Sales orders and job costing on orders for the C&I Sales Representatives.
•Prepares month-end commissions for C&I Sales Reps.
•Assist with A/R reporting and collections for C&I accounts.
•Answers C&I phone calls, responds to customer questions, and is a member of the Commercial and Industrial Team.
•He or she will have a demonstrated passion for excellence, will be customer focused, organized, have strong communication and presentation skills, strong willed with ability to challenge sales quotes, and a drive to succeed.
Job Qualifications / Competencies:
•Associate degree preferred with relative administrative experience.
•Computer proficiency with Microsoft applications and good technical skills.
•Accuracy and attention to detail.
•Fast learner to quickly develop knowledge of C&I products, parts, and service offering.
•Excellent time management and ability to work on several projects at one time.
•Ability to work unsupervised.
•Good decision-making skills.
•Excellent problem solver and passionate about caring for customers.
