About the Role
We’re looking for motivated, high-energy individuals who want to break into the growing renewable energy industry. As an Energy Consultant Trainee, you’ll work directly in Arlington neighborhoods, engaging homeowners, sparking conversations, and setting appointments for solar energy consultations.

What You’ll Do
- Go door-to-door in local Arlington neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to solar energy solutions
- Create interest and set qualified appointments for our Energy Consultants
- Learn how to present energy-saving programs and communicate the benefits of clean energy
- Build confidence in sales, marketing, and customer interaction skills
- Represent one of the fastest-growing industries in the U.S.
