(Includes the following, but not limited to based on business demands)

- Communicates directly with MCR’s customer base by telephone, video conference, and e-mail providing

technical solutions and troubleshooting complex field operations.

- The Technical Advisor will work closely with MCR’s Engineering Teams and business development team

to provide field personnel with recommendations pertaining to MCR’s product portfolio.

- Analyzes customer needs and relays pertinent information to MCR subject matter experts (executive

team, operations managers, logistics manager) for follow-up or additional information as required.

- Works closely with the MCR’s logistics staff, executive team, and our customer base in providing quotes

on production and R&D products, training, and testing.

- Works closely with the sales staff and internal department managers to recommend and source ancillary

down hole tools, surface equipment, and MCR produced products.

- Works closely with the Training and IT staff to coordinate and produce video training sessions for field

operators, producers, and management staff as needed.

- Works closely with videographers, engineering and technical staff in the production of MCR Product

videos.

- Conducts video-led training on MCR technology to global field operators and management teams.

- Assists operations in return material authorizations (RMA’s) and logging customer complaints into

MCR’s Quality Management System (QMS) database.

Minimum of 10 years of direct industry (wireline) and pipe recovery experience

- Understands the vast array of wireline technologies and applications

- Demonstrate proficiencies in ERP (Sage) and PDM technical document vault management

- Writes clearly and informatively; Edits work for spelling and grammar; Varies writing style to meet needs; Able to read and interpret written technical information

- Effective oral and written communication skills; writes and speaks clearly and informatively; ability to interpret oral or written information.

- To perform this job successfully, an individual should also have comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).

- Collaborate with other managers, vendors, and contractors

- Educate personnel within the company on field processes and procedures

- Will require extended work hours to complete assigned projects
