Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Transact all material movements and inventory updates accurately in the ERP system.
•Verify and physically count all materials received from suppliers.
•Ensure receiving documentation (BOLs, manifests, packing slips) matches delivered items; note any discrepancies before signing.
•Label and file all proof of delivery documentation accurately.
•Ensure truck drivers follow company policy regarding documentation, PPE, material condition, and delivery times.
•Accept or reject shipments based on Strata standards and procedures.
•Conduct weekly cycle counts and monthly physical inventory counts, or as otherwise scheduled.
•Accurately and promptly complete Material Pull Lists.
•Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
•Report issues such as delayed shipments or unexpected quantities to the Warehouse Manager.
•Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
•Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or equipment operation.
•Proficient in ERP systems for material transactions and inventory management.
•Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
•High attention to detail and accuracy.
•Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
•Commitment to safety and adherence to all company safety protocols.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
Work is performed in a warehouse and field environment. Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and may be required to drive a company vehicle. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods (over 1 hour). Overtime may be required, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
