Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Site Utilities Laborer to support underground utility construction projects, including water, sewer, and storm drain systems. This position involves physical labor, working outdoors in varying conditions, and assisting equipment operators and crew members to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Job Requirements

- Assist with installation of underground utilities (water, sewer, storm drain)

- Perform trenching, backfilling, grading, and compaction

- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment

- Assist operators with excavation and pipe installation

- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

- Maintain a clean and safe job site

- Follow all safety procedures and company policies

- Work as part of a crew to meet project schedules and deadlines

Qualifications

- Previous construction or utility experience preferred (not required)

- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, digging, standing for long periods)

- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

- Valid driver’s license required

- Commitment to safety and quality work

Salary

$18.00 - $20.00 Hourly
