About This Job

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical sales in the field. Building, maintaining and solution based sales in the wireline business. This role requires a strong understanding of Wireline operation and experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly with workover and drilling rigs. The Field Representative will act as a liaison between the field teams and management, ensuring that all work meets company standards and client expectations.

Duties

•

Daily field sales visits, while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

•

Collaborate with teams to build & maintain relationships in oil and gas projects.

•

Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline , meet expectations.

•

Communicate effectively with management regarding project status, challenges, and resource needs.

Qualifications

•

Proven experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically with wireline.

•

Strong background & technical understanding of cased hole wireline

•

Valid driver's license & background check required.

•

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while adhering to safety protocols.

•

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•

Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between field teams and management.

•

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
