Senior Product Manager
As a Senior Product Manager at Ren your mission will be to champion the advisor persona, steering product development with a dual focus: crafting the most user-friendly platform for advisors and donors and cultivating enduring loyalty for donor-advised funds among financial advisors. In this strategic role, you will lead with insight to ensure our solutions not only meet but exceed the expectations of those on the front lines of philanthropy. While you will play a key role in defining the product roadmap, your primary focus will be on product strategy and execution.
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Develop and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of product investments within our philanthropic solutions software platform.
•Construct compelling business cases for strategic investments and align product deliverables with market demands.
•Represent the overall market needs back to the software development team.
•Articulate market requirements, user stories, and story maps to guide the architecture and engineering teams.
•Work collaboratively across functions, ensuring decisions balance product health with market needs.
•Handle technical trade-offs and prioritize features in collaboration with customers and internal teams.
•Promote a culture of functional and technical excellence, incorporating strong market expertise.
•Provide a strong combination of functional leadership, technical leadership, and market expertise across the team.
•Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
•5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in complex enterprise SaaS applications and financial services software.
•Demonstrable success with Agile methodologies and strong leadership abilities.
•Technical familiarity with REST APIs, Microservices, and cloud infrastructures like AWS/Azure is preferred.
•Technical/Programming background, experience with integration of software applications, and knowledge in reporting/analytics or investment accounting are advantageous.
