RESPONSIBILITIES:

•

Maintain and repair plant equipment and systems within generation standards, manufacturer’s guidelines, and complies with Federal and State laws and regulations, and Company rules.

•

May provide leadership and work direction to various crews, crafts and contractors when applicable.

•

Perform related administrative duties (i.e.: inventory, time keeping, work order system).

•

Effective interpersonal and communication skills required to establish and maintain working relationships.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

•

High school diploma or equivalent PLUS three years or more of a formal apprenticeship OR equivalent education/experience which may include millwright, welder, pipefitter, or machinist.

+ Advanced Apprentice Level to be determined based on experience and qualifications.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

•

This position will report regularly in person to Little Falls, MN.

•

Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

•

Must obtain and maintain a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate within three months of hire.

•

CDL - Commercial Driver's License preferred but not required. May be required to obtain and maintain a Class A Commercial Driver's License at a later date.

•

Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position.

•

MUST complete Millwright Apprenticeship AND PDM (Predictive Maintenance) specialty.

•

This position may be subject to assessment of skills, job match and/or aptitude.

BENEFITS:

The expected hourly compensation range for this position is $42.17 – $51.39. Compensation offered to the selected candidate will vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, training, and experience. Additionally, this position qualifies for a comprehensive benefits package, including Retirement Benefits, Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, Life Insurance and Disability, Tuition Reimbursement, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences, and more.
