What We Offer

Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to potential and existing customers

Answer incoming calls and provide product or service information

Enter and maintain accurate customer data in our CRM (Copper)

Support the sales team with follow-ups, lead generation, and record keeping

Qualifications

Confident and professional phone presence

Experience with CRM systems (Copper a plus, but not required)

Strong attention to detail and organization skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Prior Experience In Telemarketing Or Inside Sales Preferred
