About This Job
Pries is looking for an Extrusion Furnace Operator to add to our team! No previous experience needed!
This position is a 6pm-6am, 2, 2, 3 schedule with every other weekend a 3 day weekend! Starting at up to $22 per hour! Starting immediately!
Metatarsal guarded steel toe requirement PPE Reimbursement Available
Duties include:
•
Die setup per schedule
•
Operation of an overhead crane to move and gather dies
•
Check tool stack for proper sizes
•
Properly setup dies and place in ready area
•
Assist press operator when making changes and setups
•
Occasionally pull random samples for Team Leaders to check conformity
•
Responsible for running the press while press operator takes breaks
•
Break down dies after extruded
•
Place dies in caustic area for cleaning and repair
•
Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Safety Department
•
Maintain consistent and reliable attendance
•
Clean and organize your work area
