Surface/ROW Agent

PLM is seeking a ROW Agent to report to, and work directly with, the project management team in Texas. The individual will be responsible for conducting land negotiations with landowners in order to acquire ROW’s & Easements and prepare for possible oil and natural gas production in the area where the property is located.
