The AES Clean Energy Operations team is looking for a Solar A pprentice with the desire to learn and grow in the Solar Technician craft. T his individual would play a pivotal role in ensuring that AES Clean Energy operates the portfolio to standards that exceed industry best-practice. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and have the ability to take direct instructions from S enio r Technicians . The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements such as annual bonus, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, life, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
